These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CountdownRadar and the website countdownradar.com.

By accessing or using CountdownRadar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.

About CountdownRadar

CountdownRadar is an independent entertainment release tracking website operating from Latvia.

The website provides information and tools related to upcoming and recently released:

  • video games
  • movies
  • TV shows
  • seasons
  • episodes
  • other entertainment releases

CountdownRadar may display release dates, release times, countdowns, platform information, developers, publishers, studios, trailers, screenshots, artwork, metadata, and related information.

Release Information

We aim to provide accurate and useful release information, but entertainment release schedules can change at any time.

Developers, publishers, studios, distributors, streaming services, broadcasters, and other rights holders may:

  • delay a release
  • change a release date or time
  • change regional availability
  • change supported platforms
  • cancel a release
  • announce new information after a CountdownRadar page has been published

CountdownRadar does not guarantee that every release date, time, countdown, platform, region, or availability status will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Where possible, we aim to distinguish between confirmed information and information that has not yet been officially announced.

Countdown Accuracy

Countdowns displayed on CountdownRadar are generated using the release date and time information available for each title.

Where an exact release time is known, CountdownRadar may convert that time into different time zones for visitor convenience.

Countdowns and time-zone conversions may occasionally be affected by:

  • incorrect or outdated source information
  • publisher or studio schedule changes
  • time-zone configuration differences
  • daylight-saving time changes
  • technical errors
  • regional release differences

Countdowns are provided for informational purposes only.

If an exact release time is important, visitors should also verify the information through an official publisher, developer, studio, streaming service, distributor, or other authoritative source.

Third-Party Information and Sources

CountdownRadar may use information obtained from third-party databases, APIs, official announcements, publishers, developers, studios, streaming platforms, distributors, public sources, and other information providers.

CountdownRadar may organize, process, display, supplement, or present this information as part of its release tracking service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or continued availability of information provided by third parties.

Intellectual Property

The CountdownRadar name, website design, branding, original written content, original software, countdown functionality, and original website features may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, game titles, movie titles, TV show titles, logos, artwork, posters, screenshots, trailers, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The inclusion of third-party intellectual property on CountdownRadar is intended for informational and identification purposes.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

CountdownRadar is an independent website.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, CountdownRadar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any:

  • platform holder
  • distributor
  • production company
  • other company or rights holder mentioned on the website

References to third-party products or services do not imply endorsement by either CountdownRadar or the referenced third party.

Embedded Content

CountdownRadar may display embedded content from third-party services, including video platforms such as YouTube.

CountdownRadar is not responsible for third-party embedded content becoming unavailable, being changed, or being removed.

My Radar

CountdownRadar may provide a feature called “My Radar” that allows visitors to save selected releases.

At present, My Radar does not require a registered user account.

Saved selections may be stored locally in the visitor’s browser.

CountdownRadar does not guarantee that locally stored selections will remain available if the visitor:

  • clears browser data
  • changes browsers
  • changes devices
  • uses private browsing
  • disables relevant browser storage
  • experiences browser or device-related data loss

Acceptable Use

You may use CountdownRadar for lawful personal and informational purposes.

You must not use CountdownRadar in a way that:

  • violates applicable law
  • attempts to gain unauthorized access to the website, server, database, or infrastructure
  • intentionally interferes with website availability or performance
  • distributes malware, malicious code, or harmful requests
  • attempts to bypass security or access-control measures
  • performs abusive automated scraping or requests that materially disrupt normal website operation
  • impersonates CountdownRadar or falsely represents an affiliation with CountdownRadar

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CountdownRadar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from or related to:

  • reliance on release information

  • loss of locally stored My Radar selections
  • interruptions or technical errors

We may update these Terms when CountdownRadar’s services, functionality, business practices, or legal requirements change.

When the Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Your continued use of CountdownRadar after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of a visitor’s country of residence.
